Towering heels can bring with them a host of foot problems if you aren’t careful.
High heels, when worn regularly, can cause back problems, joint injuries, calluses and pinched nerves.
Tight or pointy high heels that cram the toes can also lead to hammer or claw toes - toes that are bent in odd positions at one or more joints.
Tight-fitting shoes don’t cause bunions but they will speed up the process if you are predisposed to them.
Any of the high-heeled stilettos are bad because you have a lot more weight bearing down on the ball of the foot.
Wedge heels, however, are a good option as there is more surface area under the foot to distribute a little more of the weight.
For all the above stated reasons you don’t need to abandon your high heels, but wear them in moderation.

I agree with every word. That’s why have I pursed the commercialization of my invention. I have invented the first adjustable height high heel shoes to come to market. We are about a month away from release. Our shoes can change from low to high heel in seconds and allow the owner to get relief whenever her dogs are barking. Our website, camileonheels.com is still under construction so pardon the dust. What do you think of my concept?
